Position Title: Program Coordinator

Southwest Homes is a growing agency that operates a variety of residential, community and vocational programs. We currently operate 5 group homes including a children's program. We have a staff of 50 that provide support for about 50 participants.

Brief description of available position

This is a one year contract position to cover a maternity leave. Starting date is April 19th. Position duties include: setting up PCPs and programs for all participants in residential programs, overall supervision of 5 group homes, hiring, orientation and discipline of staff as well as scheduling.

Experience and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have 5 years combined education and experience, (including supervision of others)in human services. Individual must be mature and have strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self motivated and able to multi-task.

Compensation Information

Wage ranges from $18 - $22 depending on education and experience. Any extra hours worked must be taken in earned time off.
