Position Title: Supported independent Living Manager

PAGHS has been providing Residential support and supported independent living support and services to adults with intellectual disabilities since 1973. We are also an associate member of SARC.
Brief description of available position
The SILP Manager reports to the Executive Director and sits on two PAGHS committees. Provides leadership and supervision to 3 staff. The Manager is responsible for some direct client services but primarily case management in conjunction with CLSD and PAGHS of a caseload between 25 - 30 participants.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of Grade 12 and some related Post Secondary education. Preference will be given to applicants with significant experience in the sector and those with Life Skills coaching, Social Work or Rehabilitation Services Education and Training. Must have own reliebla vehicle with a valid Class 5 license.
Compensation Information
Our compenstation package includes a competitive salary and benefits. The wage range for this position is based on CLSD funding provision and ranges from $36,000 to $43,000.
