Position Title: Residential Team Leader/Supervisor, Permanent Position, Full-Time

Farm in the Dell is a non-profit organization that strives to enhance the emotional, physical and spiritual lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through residential, vocational, recreational and community services

Brief description of available position

Must have the ability to: Maintain and oversee the daily residential program. Provide supervision to both staff and residents, while promoting the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities and personally demonstrating the qualities of trust, respect and empathy. Direct, coach and evaluate under your leadership in a fair and effective manner.

Experience and Qualifications

Relevant post secondary education in thie field. Three years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
