Position Title: Vocational Team Leader/Supervisor, Permanent Position, Full-Time

Farm in the Dell is a non-profit organization that strives to enhance the emotional, physical and spiritual lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through residential, vocational, recreational and community services

Brief description of available position

Must have the ability to: Maintain and oversee the daily vocational program. Provide supervision to both staff and residents, while promoting the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities and personally demonstrating the qualities of trust, respect and empathy. Direct, coach and evaluate employees under your leadership in a fair and effective manner.

Experience and Qualifications

Relevant post secondary education in this field. Three years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. An understading of and appreciation for agriculture and animals and their therapeutic offerings.
